Delivery Information

We are an online store but our warehouse is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you want to have our products abroad there will be special conditions, depending on your location.

If you like to receive the goods to a Bulgarian location we will deliver your order using third party courier company and cash on delivery payment method.

You can also pre-pay for your order using bank transfer.

Most of the proposed goods are available on stock and can be shipped on the same business day or on the next one.

The prices are EXW, which means they do not include transportation costs from our premises to your address. These costs are up to you.

All the prices are in Bulgarian leva and include 20% VAT. If you are ordering from EU outside Bulgaria that VAT ratio will be also applied except you are a registered EU company with a valid VAT number.

An additional administrative fee can raise depending on your location.
