General Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions determine the rules for using this site and for carrying out transactions between the seller (us) and the buyer (you). By placing an order on your part, we will assume that you are familiar with these general terms and conditions and that you agree with them.
1. Products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the goods are in brand new condition, packaging and equipment of the manufacturer/importer. If the packaging is not sealed, but nothing is missing from the equipment and there are no traces of use on the product, it is assumed that it corresponds to this condition. In case we have indicated that the product has been used, complaints about its condition are not accepted.
2. Prices.
The indicated prices for the products are free of charge from our warehouse (ExWorks) and are in Bulgarian levs (BGN), for one item with VAT charged.
Unless explicitly stated, the price does not include delivery to you. \
The prices may be displayed in the currency of your choice, for your convenience, but the currency of the transaction is Bulgarian lev.
We have the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price of an already accepted order will not change except by mutual agreement, expressed in writing by e-mail before the shipment of the goods. The price of goods already shipped will not change.
3. Delivery time.
The delivery time is in business days and depends on the current availability of the products, your distance from us and the way in which we will send them to you. The period begins from the confirmation of the order. For orders confirmed after 15:30, the delivery time begins from the next business day. For orders that are not cash on delivery, the delivery time begins from the day following the effective receipt of payment.
4. Delivery of the goods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the delivery of the goods is made by us, at your expense, to the address you have specified on a weekday, between 9:00 and 18:00. In order to save your time, we would like you to provide a contact details (phone number, e-mail) where we can contact you to clarify the details. Delivery can also be made to a courier company office, from where you can receive the parcels. In order to guarantee your interests, we choose any courier company. In case the client wants another courier company, we have the right to request an advance payment.
In case you will receive the goods outside Bulgaria
In this case, please use contact form in order to get in touch with our staff, because there are lot of additional details to clarify. It is possible an additional administrative fee to take effect.
5. Transfer of risk.
The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes from us to you at the moment you receive the goods from the courier. Upon receipt of the goods, you can make a claim for shortages and/or visible defects through the courier company. If you do not make it at this time, it is assumed that the goods were received without any complaints.
6. Warranty of the goods.
We guarantee that we will remove at our own expense all hidden defects and damage caused by manufacturing defects, poor quality materials or poor quality production for the warranty period specified for the specific product. The warranty is used against the warranty card received with the product and is exercised at a warranty service specified by us.
The warranty is valid if the integrity of the warranty stickers is intact and does not apply to products whose nature of use implies a reduction in quantity. The customer has the right to refuse to accept such products if the packaging is damaged, broken or opened.
The warranty does not cover:
- Pollution and damage due to contamination of the product or parts thereof
- Impact of water, moisture, chemical reagents
- Mechanical impacts on the product - impacts, bending, twisting, scratching, dropping, overloading above the permissible ones
- Normal wear and tear due to the use of the product
- Damage due to fire and/or natural disasters
- Damage due to the so-called electric shock
- Malicious actions
- Damage due to improper use Indirect damages, lost profits and expenses incurred due to the inability to use the product for its intended purpose or due to its reduced technical characteristics
- Costs for transporting the product to and from the warranty service
These conditions do not apply to goods that are subject to consumption (e.g. food supplements) or their method of use reduces their quantity (e.g. ozonized oils).
The way in which the defect will be repaired and whether it is covered by the warranty or not is the exclusive competence of the warranty service indicated by us.
7. Registration and personal data. In order to be able to purchase goods from us through this site, you must provide data about yourself (see the Privacy Policy section). If you wish, you can also register as a user of the site. Registration is completely free. Your personal data will be stored and used in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" and will not be provided to third parties, except for those directly related to the delivery of the goods, and also in cases where we are obliged to do so by law.
Registered users benefit from additional functionality and can participate in advertising campaigns and loyalty programs.
8. Order. Each transaction between us is a separate order. Orders have several statuses depending on the type of payment and the method of transportation. After you place an order and we have enough availability to proceed with it, it will be considered as confirmed, Otherwise, we will inform you about the delivery times, in which case we may request a change in quantities and/or prices. We will fulfill your order only after you confirm it by one of the methods offered to you. Payment for the goods is considered confirmation.
By confirming the order, you irrevocably undertake to pay for the goods, transport costs and other associated costs depending on the method of delivery, to the extent that you have not already done so. (For example, in the event that you are not found at the address the first time - the costs of the courier's return visit)
In the event that the goods will be transported outside the European Union, by confirming the order, you undertake to carry out the necessary customs formalities and pay the relevant customs duties and other costs.
9. Order cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse your order in whole or in part when:
- You have not confirmed it within 2 business days, in which case the goods have increased in price or their quantities have run out.
- The quantities were limited and have run out, in which case we cannot make a new delivery at this price
- The goods have increased in price significantly, we have requested renegotiation, but you have refused our new offer.
- We cannot reach you at the telephone number and/or address you provided
- The goods have been withdrawn from circulation
- The buyer refused to accept a previous order for disrespectful reasons
- You refuse to accept the shipped goods. In this case, all payments made by you under this order remain with us as compensation.
You have the right to cancel an order when:
- A renegotiation of the terms proposed by us does not suit you, but not after you have already confirmed the order with the new terms
- The delivered goods have visible defects and/or shortages, for which a corresponding protocol has been made and we cannot eliminate them within one week - for the defective/missing quantity.
In all cases, the date of payment will be considered the date of crediting the recipient's account. In cases of cash on delivery - the date of receipt of the amount by the courier. In the case of payment in foreign currency, the transfer costs are at the expense of the buyer.
For all issues not mentioned in these general terms and conditions, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria will apply.
